Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to create new site in the EnviroAutomate system.

Key Steps

1. Access the Sites Section 0:11

  • Scroll down the taskbar on the left-hand side.

  • Select 'Sites' to view existing sites for your clients.

2. Create a New Site 0:47

  • Click on 'Create Site' to initiate the process.

3. Enter Site Name 1:03

  • Input a name for the site, which is defined by your company (e.g., 'Horsham Service Station').

4. Add External Reference Number (if applicable) 1:14

  • If your company requires it, enter an external reference number. This would usually be the proeject number created by your company in the project management system.

5. Select Site Type 1:28

  • Choose the applicable site type from the dropdown menu (e.g., 'Service Station').

6. Select Client Office 1:28

  • Select the client office that services this work.

7. Enter Detailed Description (optional) 1:41

  • Optionally, enter a detailed description of the site.

8. Input Address 1:41

  • Type the address into the search bar.

  • Click 'Save Changes' to finalize the creation of the site.

  • Check the table of sites to confirm that the new site appears.

  • Double-check the site type and client office selections to ensure they are correct.
