Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to set up and add site attribute data to individual sites in EnviroAutomate, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.

Key Steps
1. Locate the Site 0:11
Navigate and click on the site you wish to set up.
In this example, we will use a test site 2 that we imported via the bulk import tool.
2. Access the General Tab 0:18
Click on the General tab at the top of the site page.
Review the information available (scroll down to see all), including:
Site details
Address
Attached relevant site documentation (photos, aerials, management plans)
Complete site attributes (groundwater flow direction, nearest surface water body etc)
Click the 'Fetch Reference Data' button to automatically complete geology and property planning information.
Review all information is correct and then click the 'Save'
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that all data entered is accurate and up-to-date by ensuring you click 'Save'
Double-check the information fetched from reference data for correctness.
Tips for Efficiency
Use the bulk import feature for multiple sites to save time.
Familiarize yourself with the layout of the General tab to quickly find the necessary fields.
For all screens, use Ctrl+S (Windows) or Cmd+S (iOS) for quick save.
