Objective

This SOP outlines the steps necessary to fill in the five tabs in EnviroAutomate to generate reports effectively.

Key Steps

1. Accessing the Tabs 0:00

  • Navigate to the top right of the taskbar on the left-hand side of your EnviroAutomate screen.

  • Locate the five tabs that need to be filled in.

2. Viewing Existing Entries 0:13

  • Each tab displays a list of entries your organization has submitted to EnviroAutomate.

  • Click on Sites, Projects, Fieldwork Tasks, Client Reports or Documents.

3. Adding a New Entry 0:33

  • Click on the purple '+Create' button located at the top right-hand corner of the tab.

4. Completing the Entry Form 0:47

  • Fill in all fields marked with a red asterisk in the window that opens after clicking 'Create'.

  • Ensure all required information is provided.

5. Seeking Help if Needed 0:56

  • If you are unsure about the data required, click on the help button for real-time prompts.

  • For first-time users, consider watching the tutorial videos available for guidance (https://support.enviroautomate.com) or click the "?" button at the top right of the screen and simply ask how to do something.
