Objective
This article covers the Sites tab on the Edit Project page in EnviroAutomate. This tab provides a quick overview of all sites associated with the project in a searchable, sortable table format.
What This Tab Shows
The Sites tab displays a table of all sites attached to this project. Each row shows:
Name - the site name.
Address - the site's Address Line 1.
Client - the client the site belongs to.
Last Updated - the most recent update timestamp in your time zone.
The list is sorted by Name in ascending order by default.
Key Features
Search - the search field filters by Site Name, Address Line 1, or Client Name.
Sort - click any column header to sort by that column. Click again to reverse direction.
View row action - each row has a View button (eye icon) on the right. Click it to open the site's General edit page.
How This Differs from the General Tab
The General tab also lists the project's sites, but with detailed per-site assignment controls for fieldwork tasks, technicians, reports, writers, and reviewers. The Sites tab is a lightweight table view - useful when you just need to see which sites belong to the project without the assignment controls.
Tips for Efficiency
Use this tab for an at-a-glance view of all project sites without the General tab's per-site detail.
Click the View button on any row to jump straight to that site's General edit page.
To modify site assignments (fieldwork tasks, technicians, reports, writers, reviewers), switch to the General tab and use the per-site controls there.
